The agreement, in plain terms.

These terms govern your use of the Attral platform (the design studio, the Operate console and related APIs). By using Attral you agree to them. This is a pre-general-availability summary and will be replaced by a formal contract at launch.

Using the service

Use Attral only for lawful monitoring, design and management of your own (or your clients') energy assets.
Keep your credentials and device tokens secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for competitive copying, or overload the platform.

Data & availability

You retain ownership of your data as described in our privacy & data ownership statement. We work hard to keep Attral available and accurate, but during this pre-launch phase the service is provided "as is", without warranty. Alerts and analytics are decision-support tools — they do not replace on-site safety systems, protection relays or professional engineering judgement.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing you agree to (per seat or per site, typically annually). Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Attral's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement per the plan terms. On termination you can export your data before it is removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise. Questions? Use the contact page.
